Overnight Oatmeal

A hot, filling breakfast with no work in the morning!

Ingredients:
1 cup EACH: Barley, Steel Cut Oats, Wheat Berries
10 cups water
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 handful dried cranberries
1 handful pecans
1 tablespoon butter
brown sugar and cinnamon to taste


Directions:

Put in crock pot just before bedtime, cook on low all night. Serve with milk. Reheats well in the microwave.

NOTE: If you like crunchy nuts you might want to toss in the pecans in the morning.

Siana, I LOVE food...and only good food :) I am always trying new things...we have few long-term regulars around my house.
